Driving to Prince Edward County? Stop at L&M Enterprises on Highway 49 for Gas, Snacks, and More

If you are heading to Prince Edward County from the east on Highway 49, you are about to drive right past one of the best fuel and supply stops in the region. L&M Enterprises sits on Highway 49 in Deseronto, just minutes before you reach the Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge that takes you into the County.

Whether you are planning a weekend of wine tasting, a beach day at Sandbanks Provincial Park, or a leisurely drive through the County’s rolling farmland, stopping at L&M first is a smart move. Here is why.

Fuel Up Before the County

Prince Edward County is a beautiful destination, but gas options inside the County can be limited and prices tend to be higher in tourist areas like Picton and Wellington. By filling up at L&M Enterprises in Deseronto, you take advantage of some of the lowest gas prices in Ontario.

The Deseronto and Tyendinaga area is well known for its competitive fuel pricing. You will pay noticeably less per litre here than at stations inside Prince Edward County or along the 401. On a full tank, the savings are enough to put toward a bottle of County wine or a nice lunch.

Stock Up on Road Trip Essentials

Our convenience store has everything you need for a day in the County. Cold drinks including pop, water, juice, and iced tea to keep you refreshed during winery visits and beach days. Snacks like chips, chocolate bars, jerky, trail mix, and candy. Ice for your cooler, because nothing ruins a beach day like warm drinks. Sunscreen and bug spray for outdoor adventures. And all the everyday essentials you might have forgotten to pack.

Heading to a campground near Sandbanks or a rental cottage? We have got your last-minute supply needs covered.

Tobacco, Vapes, and Cigars

Planning to enjoy a cigar at sunset overlooking the County? L&M carries a selection of cigars for every occasion and budget. We also stock a full range of cigarettes, rolling tobacco, disposable vapes, pod systems, and vape accessories. Prices on tobacco and vape products in Deseronto are competitive, so stock up before you cross the bridge.

Your Gateway to Prince Edward County

Highway 49 is the eastern gateway to Prince Edward County. The road runs south from the 401 through Deseronto, crosses the Bay of Quinte Skyway Bridge, and enters the County near Ameliasburgh. From there, it is a scenic drive to Picton, the County’s main town, and onward to Sandbanks, Wellington, Bloomfield, and all the other charming County destinations.

L&M Enterprises is perfectly positioned on this route. You will pass right by us on your way to the bridge. Pull in, fill up, grab your supplies, and continue on your way. The whole stop takes just a few minutes.

Once you cross the Skyway Bridge, Prince Edward County offers some of the best experiences in Ontario.
